Week 4, Day 1. Fight Night: Walls 3, Electricity 0

We moved out of our house Monday morning because this is the week of the big electrical move.  We have a new outdoor electrical meter, as well as a new indoor electrical panel.  To disconnect everything, reconnect everything, test, and inspect it all requires moving out because it takes more than a day.  The estimate is 3-4 days.  So, Monday morning, we said goodbye!  Our fridge and freezer are completely empty, we've packed our bags, and off we go!

We stopped by after work Monday to rendez-vous in one car for the ride to Tallahassee (we're staying with my awesome in-laws), and check out what greeted us!

Walls!
Walls! Or... the beginning of walls.  Posts!  When you step through the walls (ghost, anyone?), it all makes sense where the plumbing pipes are, the window openings, the doorway, the toilet stall room... pretty cool!


Charlotte might never leave GrandB and DooDad's house.

    Wow, walls! This is impressive - what a major step. Let's hope the electrical work proceeds on schedule so that you can get back in the house in a few days. It does look like Charlotte is quite comfy at her grandparents' home!
